Who are we?

Racine and Vergels Lawyers was established in 1976 under the name of Vergels, Walravens, Asscherickx, and it has developed into a firm of more than 40 staff members, thirty of whom are lawyers.  We offer expert legal advice and support in commercial transactions and associated conflicts in most areas of national and international business law.

We handle cases in Dutch, French, English, Spanish, German, Italian and Chinese.

Our business-minded lawyers are all passionate about law and make “efficiency” their primary concern.

Our organization is underpinned by stability and efficiency. Notably, this derives from our internal structure in which our lawyers are able to exchange their knowledge and experience in practice groups.  In this way, we are able to keep abreast of the growing complexity of law.

We guarantee a personal approach and a comprehensive service aimed at results, adapted to the needs and requirements of each client.

Our firm works in collaboration with the French law firm, Racine, which has offices in Paris, Bordeaux, Lyon, Marseille and Nantes. Our firm is also a member of Eurojuris, an international network of law firms located in all countries of the European Union.
